Fraser River Fishing Report
The Fraser is absolutely on fire. Flows are sitting in that perfect sweet spot with just enough push to keep fish comfortable and actively feeding. Clarity is dialed and the river feels alive right now. Fish are aggressive, moving, and not shy about eating.
Bug activity stayed strong all day with steady hatches keeping fish keyed in. There were moments of surface action, but the real consistency came below. A double nymph rig with small flies was the ticket, getting down and staying in the zone.
Every type of water produced. Deep buckets held quality fish, riffles were loaded, and tailouts had cruisers picking off bugs. If it looked like it should hold fish, it did.
Flies of the day:
- Size 20 No Mercy Midge (killer)
- Size 18 RS2
- Mole Fly
- Pheasant Tail
The Fraser River is booming right now. This is one of those windows you don’t want to miss. Get out there.

Great report Mr Biot
