Current Conditions: Bear Creek absolutely showed off today. The action kicked off around 11 AM under sunny skies and perfect early afternoon conditions. Flows were looking ideal after a recent bump from the rain, and the creek had that “fish every seam” kind of energy from the first step in. The dry fly game was immediately on. Mayflies were skittering and bouncing across the surface in chaotic fashion, and fish were looking up with serious intent. A size 18 parachute proved to be the ticket....
