Current Conditions: Flows on the Upper Colorado were sitting around 500 cfs on 6/10, which feels concerningly low for early to mid June. The river was still fishing well, but it is definitely worth keeping an eye on flows as we move further into summer. We only saw mayflies on the water during the day, but the rocks told a little more of the story. Current Conditions: Compared to about a month ago, Boulder Creek was a very different story on 6/6. Flows were high and muddy, and it seems like we are getting some runoff pulses here and there. We fished in town by the stadium, and it ended up being a slower day. The water had more color and push than our last trip, which made things a little tougher and limited the amount of obvious feeding activity.
